🌟 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from The Divergent Den. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as chew products, weighted blankets, or sensory wearables once opened.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order through our website once your refund has been sent.
