By entering any giveaway hosted by The Divergent Den, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out on this page, in addition to any promotion-specific details provided alongside individual giveaways.

Where a giveaway includes additional or differing terms (such as entry methods, closing dates, or prizes), these will be clearly stated within the relevant promotional materials and will take precedence over the general terms on this page.

Orders, Refunds & Entries

Any orders that are cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded before the draw will have corresponding entries removed.

Fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious entries will be disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, or Meta.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond reasonable control arise.

By entering, participants agree to these terms and the promoter’s decision, which is final.

Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with The Divergent Den’s Privacy Policy.

-The giveaway is open to UK residents only.
-Entrants must be 18 years or older.
-Employees of The Divergent Den and their immediate family members are excluded from entry.

-Every completed order placed during the giveaway period will receive one (1) automatic entry, with no minimum spend required.

-Every £10 spent in a single order equals one (1) additional entry.

-Entries are calculated automatically based on the final paid order value (excluding refunds or cancelled orders).

-No separate form or action is required beyond placing an order.

-Entries open from the start of the promotional announcement.
-Entries close at 11:59pm on 27th February 2026.
-Orders placed outside of this period will not be counted.

-One winner will receive a Google Pixel Watch 3 (4G LTE, Hazel, 45mm). - The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

-One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

-The winner will be announced live on TikTok on 28th February 2026.

-The winner will also be contacted directly using the details provided at checkout.

-If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, The Divergent Den reserves the right to select a new winner.
